Cryotherapy reduces circulation and reduces pain, swelling and inflammation.
Apply thermotherapy :
-Injuries, after the retreat of the
swelling and bleeding, usually after

-In arthritis and other conditions that
create joint pain
-Chronic pains and muscle aches
-Stimulate blood flow to the muscles before
the exercise
Apply cryotherapy:
-Trauma created in the last 24 hours
-Areas that are swollen, irritated or bruised
-Fresh pulling, sprain that is swollen and hot
-Relief from muscle wear and tear after exercise
Do not use:
- Thermotherapy when there is swelling. It can cause an increase in swelling and prolonged recovery.
- Cryotherapy if you are seeking relief from stiff and tight muscles, because it can prevent them from relaxing, creating more pain.
